Terms and conditions

 

By joining or purchasing any coaching programme, course, membership, digital product, live call, group coaching container, 1:1 coaching package, portal access, or related service provided by Omar Khan through Fly Visuals Ltd, you agree to the following terms:

1. Confidentiality

All coaching calls, group calls, community spaces, WhatsApp groups, private messages, live discussions, and shared member contributions are confidential.

You agree not to share, disclose, screenshot, record, distribute, repeat, or make public any personal stories, questions, private information, business details, or sensitive matters shared by other participants or clients, inside or outside the programme.

This applies to both group and 1:1 settings.

2. Conduct and Respect

All programmes and coaching spaces are intended to be professional, respectful, honest, and constructive environments.

Any behaviour that is disruptive, disrespectful, abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or undermines other members, clients, the coach, or the integrity of the space may result in removal from the programme, group, community, portal, or service, with any refund considered at the discretion of Omar Khan through Fly Visuals Ltd.

3. Intellectual Property

All programme content, including recorded calls, live calls, videos, training materials, written resources, worksheets, portal content, frameworks, documents, posts, emails, and any other materials provided are for your personal use only.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, record, download, share, forward, distribute, publish, sell, teach, reuse commercially, upload elsewhere, or give access to any materials outside the programme without written permission.

4. Recordings and Replays

Where call recordings or replays are provided, they are for personal use only.

Recordings must not be shared with anyone outside the programme, downloaded unless explicitly permitted, uploaded elsewhere, or used for any public or commercial purpose.

Access to recordings may be limited by programme type, membership status, payment status, or programme duration.

5. Programme Duration and Access

Programme duration, access period, and included support vary depending on the specific product, programme, course, membership, or coaching package purchased.

Access is granted for the duration of your active membership, subscription, payment plan, or agreed programme period.

Where a programme is sold as a fixed-term experience, access applies for that stated programme period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Lifetime Access

Where lifetime access is offered, it refers only to the specific core training library or digital materials stated at the time of purchase.

Lifetime access does not automatically include live calls, future live calls, group coaching sessions, 1:1 coaching, WhatsApp support, community access, call replays, future versions of a programme, or future products unless expressly stated.

“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the relevant programme, course, platform, or product as provided by Omar Khan through Fly Visuals Ltd.

7. Payments and Refunds

Monthly memberships, subscriptions, or payment plans may be cancelled according to the terms stated at the time of purchase.

No refunds are issued for payments already made.

Paid-in-full purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to maintain agreed payments may result in suspension or removal of access to coaching, calls, community spaces, portal content, recordings, resources, and support.

8. Coaching, Not Advice

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, medical advice, religious verdict-giving, or any other regulated professional service.

You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, business, finances, health, relationships, personal life, and outcomes.

Any coaching, teaching, discussion, or guidance provided is intended to support clarity, responsibility, growth, reflection, learning, and better decision-making.

9. Results

No specific financial, business, personal, emotional, spiritual, or professional outcome is guaranteed.

Your results depend on many factors, including your own participation, decisions, implementation, circumstances, consistency, and responsibility.

10. Rescheduling and Missed Sessions

For 1:1 coaching or scheduled calls, sessions should be attended at the agreed time.

If a session needs to be rearranged, reasonable notice should be given where possible.

If either party needs to reschedule due to illness, emergency, travel disruption, family circumstances, or unavoidable commitments, both parties will work together in good faith to rearrange where appropriate.

11. Messaging and Between-Session Support

Where WhatsApp, email, or other messaging support is included, this is intended as light between-session support rather than full coaching by message.

Response times are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed.

The coach may choose to respond by message, voice note, or suggest that the matter is brought to the next scheduled session.

12. Changes to Programme Content

Programme content, structure, resources, community spaces, platform, and delivery format may be updated, improved, changed, or replaced over time.

Any such changes will be made in good faith and in service of the programme or product.

13. Removal from Programme

Omar Khan through Fly Visuals Ltd reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme, membership, course, community, or coaching arrangement if their behaviour breaches these terms, damages the integrity of the space, or makes continued participation unsuitable.

In such cases, refunds will be considered at the discretion of Omar Khan through Fly Visuals Ltd, depending on the circumstances.

14. Agreement

By joining, purchasing, accessing, or participating in any programme, course, membership, coaching package, portal, live call, community, or digital product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
